Really good shopping experience, popped in on the off chance that I could be served without an appointment and the young lady looked after us with no issue. Loads of space in the shop, was a really pleasant safe shopping experience.

We had an appointment booked for the 20th June, we were met by a lady Kerry C, who showed us to a safe place with social distancing. She advised us on sizes of blazers and pe kits, she let our grandson try on his new uniform for his new school. Kerry was extremely pleasant and helpful. We would like to thank her very much. Efficient friendly service and advice from Paige. We had an appointment and avoided the queue. Plenty of staff on anyway, consequently, waiting time looked minimal.

Excellent service and experience. Stocked everything you needed so no going to other places!! informative staff who were friendly. I had called ahead and asked to ‘book’ an appointment so I was going to get sorted. was in and out in 30 minutes and all sorted. Highly recommend. car park next door is pay and display so take some cash with you as the pay by phone was not working when I went and it wouldn’t take cards!!

I had an appointment today (29th July 2020), i have 3 children in 2 different schools, my visit within this shop could not have gone more smooth if they tried. I was greeted with a young man asking if i had made an appointment, to which then showed me upstairs to a lady, who assisted me throughout my visit, she was so helpful with sorting all 3 sets of school uniform out. I didn’t feel rushed at all, although we were not in the shop all that long. The whole process couldn’t have taken longer than half an hour, i have 2 girls who have to try everything on too. All the staff were polite and pleasant, overall i experienced a fab visit, if anything better than previous years when the shop has been packed and staff being rushed off their feet. I would highly recommend that you book a timeslot as i was in and out, hassle free, while others were queuing outside.
