Before you book your appointment, please note:
1. Shop opening times.
Tunstall Store
Opening times Monday to Friday 10 am until 5 pm
Saturday 10 am until 4 pm
Closed on Sundays
Newcastle Store
Opening times Monday to Saturday 9 am until 5 pm
Limited opening days on Sunday during the back-to-school 2022
10am until 4pm (Please note: Sunday opening days: 31st July 7, 14, 21, 28th August 4th September)
After 4th September, our Newcastle Store will not be open on Sundays
2. Delays:
As customer needs vary, we are sorry we can only estimate how long prior appointments will take. Therefore, it is possible that you may experience a delay that we will keep as short as possible. If you are unable to wait, please make an appointment at the start of the day.
3. Same day Appointments:
Please do not book appointments on the same day you wish to visit; we cannot honour them as they are processed on the previous day.
