Please allow 2-3 working days. If you still haven’t received your order or a text message advising your order is ready for collection after 5 working days then send us an email. Put “REMINDER” and your order number as the subject and send the email to: shop@smartuniform.co.uk and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Please email us on shop@smartuniform.co.uk with the size you currently have and the size you think you need along with your telephone number and the name of the school and we will get back to you.

During busy periods, you may be asked to queue outside of the shop until we have space inside to serve you safely.

Yes, we are. If you have ordered the wrong size then please bring your order back to the shop along with your receipt and we will be able to assist you.
